Sub-licensing policy:
Any member of the MSU Extension faculty who is certified to use the Nitrate QuikTest can provide training, testing and certification for support staff, other county employees, producers or crop consultants. Arrange for the training materials, QuikTest kits, and exams with the Forage Specialist. All counties providing sub-licenses should maintain current records of Nitrate QuikTest users, and forward copies to the Forage Specialist.
